I've added you and [[User:Ilde|Ilde]] (as the two people I've noticed to have made the most edits, etc.) to a new "moderators" user group which has the permission to outright delete pages, amongst other things. As such, you should now be able to immediately delete spam pages instead of the long-winded process of marking it as spammy and then waiting for me to actually delete it.
