Makes the target run away in terror

Description
This ritual fills the heart of the target with panic, and causes it to run from the room in a random direction (the direction appears to only be random as far as the player is concerned, all NPCs in a room will run in the same direction). This is still the best way to split up NPCs in order to make combat easier, however it will not work on all grouped npcs as some will follow the target.
There is a possibility that the npc will "notice your attempt at frightening it" and attack you.
The fighting.special.tactics skill is used to resist the ritual.[1]
