Custom prayer beads can be bought from Gemma in the Temple of Small Gods, one floor up from the ground floor, on the south end. They come in a wide variety of colours and materials, listed below:

Although these are listed in alphabetical order for ease of reading and search, Gemma curiously lists the options for selections in decreasing order of the options' character length (how many letters and spaces it takes to spell each option, from most to least).

Gemma once said, "I currently have too much brass wire, so I can make prayer beads cheaply with it." It is possible that the values of different materials fluctuates over time.
