Makes the target drop their current weapon.

Description

This ritual causes the target to become clumsy and unhold one or both of their held items. For the duration of the ritual, they won't be able to effectively rehold these things (if they try, they'll fumble them again after a few seconds) and will have a line added to their description:

He appears befuddled.

They'll also have a penalty applied to their unarmed skills. Success seems to always make the target attack you. Can be useful to avoid nasty specials in combat with the target. This ritual also fares quite well in the PK world and although being costly can sway the fight nicely.

When the ritual wears off, npcs re-equip the fumbled items.

You get a message when it wears off:

You feel your sudden fit of clumsiness pass.

Help File

When Fumble is performed upon a target, it causes them to become clumsy for a short time, making them unable to hold anything for the duration of the ritual. To perform this ritual, you need a holy symbol consecrated to your god.
